Andy served 23 years in the Royal Navy as a Chief Weapons Engineer, specialising in Weapon Control Systems.
He later became an Integrated Circuit (Chip) Designer with Motorola, and is also a qualified electrician and skilled carpenter.
He’s happiest in the workshop, solving problems and building things that last.
Claire brings the communication, creativity, and ideas – and (rightfully) calls the shots!
She’s passionate about people, community, and making sure every client feels supported and understood.
