Depending on your Service, unit, establishment and how the system will be used, there may be charitable, welfare or non-public funding routes available to help support your project.

Funding Sources
Funding is never guaranteed and eligibility varies between organisations, but there are established funding routes supporting recreational equipment, welfare facilities and projects designed to improve morale and quality of life for serving personnel.
THE Nuffield TRUST
The Nuffield Trust for the Forces of the Crown is a Registered Charity (No: 210829) that finances recreational and welfare amenities and facilities that are likely to be of lasting benefit to the Armed Forces but which are not provided by public funds.
Army Central Fund
The Army Central Fund supports unit-level welfare and recreational projects that enhance the wellbeing of serving Army personnel.
RAF Benevolent Fund
The RAF Benevolent Fund says its Station Grants support welfare facilities and activities benefiting serving personnel and families.
Royal Navy & Royal Marines Charity
The principal charity of the Royal Navy supports projects and facilities that improve morale and wellbeing for serving Naval Service personnel and their families.
BFBS Welfare Fund
The BFBS Welfare Fund supports amenities, activities and projects intended to improve quality of life and wellbeing for Regular and Reserve Service personnel and their families.
